During this time of gratitude sometimes hard to find gratitude. Perhaps you’re going through a rough time, or perhaps you’re helping someone deal with an illness or a death. Sometimes you just don’t have anything you feel like you can be grateful for. But if you’re willing to look back into your life and find those moments that you did have gratitude, and look at those past moments that too, can lift your spirit back to gratitude.
Gratitude exists whether it’s in the present or the past as long as you grab hold of it. It will lift you during this Thanksgiving time. Be grateful, and if you have to look to the past to find those times of being grateful, that’s OK. As long as you find gratitude, you’ll lift your spirits. It’s all about self-love, people.
