What is resilience, and why do we need it? Resilience is the ability to “Bounce Back” from difficult experiences. Resilience is a necessary trait in a well-rounded human being, and it is vital to grow and evolve. I have never met anyone who has not faced challenges or obstacles that must be overcome. We yell, shout, or cry when we first see the challenge or obstacle, but eventually, we roll up our sleeves and begin to work on removing the challenge……
