In my long life, I have seen many hateful acts, but it is the REBEL ACTS OF LOVE that changed my heart. The brave civil rights marchers of the 1960’s who yearned for fairness and justice. The courageous women who took to the streets in the 1970’s to demand their rights as equals to men. The outspoken gays who refused to stay in the closet in the 1980’s pressing the country to deal with AIDS ethically and with compassion. Those decades…..
