This week’s inspiration is inner peace. Peace is described in the dictionary as a state of tranquility and harmony- free from all conflict and violence. Boy, I think that’s something we need a lot more of. People are walking around this world being angry and rageful at everybody and everything. Inner peace starts within. Too many people look outside of themselves for their peace, whether it’s through more money, finding the right job, finding the right partner, or finding the right home in the right place.
Inner peace comes from within. You can connect to it through meditation. You can connect to it by walking in nature—the quickest way to find tranquility and peace. You can connect to inner peace through laughter, which is a great way to connect to inner peace. But we all need to connect to inner peace now to find harmony and tranquility. It’s all about self-love, people.
