This week’s inspiration is self-awareness. Self-awareness is knowing that your beliefs, your thoughts, and your actions are in alignment with your values and standards. Now you cannot get to self-love without self-awareness. You must know what you think, what you feel, and what your actions come out of what you think and feel.
You need to know yourself intimately, and self-awareness is the key to knowing yourself. So become aware of what you think, become aware of what you say to yourself, become aware of what actions you take out of what you’re saying and feeling. That’s how you begin to understand yourself, and that’s how you begin to make changes in yourself. And that’s how you get back to self-love. It’s all about self-love, people.
