This week’s inspiration is a loving heart. We are all born with a loving heart, but as we grow up, we begin to close that heart down for many different reasons. One of the reasons is not to be hurt anymore. So, we judge other people or criticize other people, but when you have a loving heart, you no longer criticize other people. I know some people criticize gays or transgenders. Other people criticize people who voted differently than they did. Other people criticize and judge people who have different religions. Those are all things that keep us apart from each other and your loving heart knows the difference.
It knows it needs to embrace everyone. In fact, when people get to know somebody who’s different than them, most people end up liking them. So practice having a loving heart, even if somebody scares you. Say, I’m gonna have a loving heart and see what I can find out about them that I actually like. That’s why this week’s inspiration is a loving heart. Practice it every day and see how your life changes as well. It’s all about self-love, people.
