When working on returning back to self-love, you’re going to have to acknowledge the changes that are happening in your life. Let’s say you’ve changed a negative belief or you’ve healed an old wound. You’re going to have to acknowledge that it has changed your life, maybe only in small ways, but it has changed your life.
If you acknowledge the changes that are happening along the way, it will inspire you to continue to do the work. To make those changes – to look inward – to change those negative beliefs and to heal your old wounds. You will make great changes, and they will have a great impact on your life. But you need to acknowledge each change as it happens. It’s all about self-love, people.
Note: If you feel stuck, acknowledging the changes can actually take you out of your rut. It is so easy to assume everything is the same, but if you take a moment and honestly look at your life =, you will discover changes that are actually improving your life. Celebrate them! It will get you excited to continue to change yourself. Acknowledge changes along the way
