When working on returning back to self-love, you are going to have to turn up the volume on your positive inner voices. You need to add a positive inner voice. Let’s say you are hearing your inner critic or your inner judge. You need to turn up your inner cheerleader or your inner champion. You need to turn up the opposite voice from what you are hearing in your head – putting you down – criticizing you – judging you. Turn up the positive voices. We all have an inner cheerleader. An inner champion we all have. We have an inner discerner versus a judge. We all have someone inside who believes in hope versus feeling hopeless.
You need to add a positive inner voice and turn up the volume on them and stop believing those inner negative voices. Yet, the only reason you believe them is because you have turned them up on high, and therefore they are the only voice you hear. We all need an inner champion, discerner, or an inner hopefully one. So, you need to add a positive inner voice so you can decide which voice is true to you. It is all about self-love, people.
