When you are returning to self-love, you are going to have to look at your beliefs – both positive and negative belief systems. You are going to have to start dissecting them- looking at them. Wondering how long you have carried them? Are they helping you or hurting you? You are going to have to become curious about why you believe what you believe. And why do you still hang on to it even when it may be harmful to you? Become curious about your beliefs. Self-love is not only about finding love, but it is about changing the negative beliefs that came out of your lack of self-love. Become curious about what you believe. And have you changed any beliefs since you were a child? Or are you still holding onto what your parents taught you or your teachers about how life should be for you? Become curious about your beliefs. You get to choose what you believe and why you believe it. So take time – see what you believe. And is it making your life more expansive and more loving or making your life more constrictive?e
We have the choice of what we believe. It is all about self-love, people.
