Life is full of change. No matter our circumstances, we all are going to have to deal with Change.
Whether the change is welcomed or not, change often knocks us off balance.
It is understandable that a change that appears to take something from us can cause us to stress. And yes, sometimes the change just sucks, at least at the moment.
However, a change that adds something to our lives can just as easily make us uncomfortable.
As much as we may bitch about the status quo in our lives, we are often very suspect of any changes to that status quo.
The bottom line is, change is going to happen to us all. It is how we handle the energy of change that will determine what we will experience.
If we see all change as an opportunity to learn more about ourselves, we then can use the change to actually grow beyond our fears and limiting beliefs and discover the POSITIVITY available in all change.
While the status quo may be comfortable, it is Change that gives us an opportunity to grow beyond what we have known and experience what can be. We just have to be willing to befriend change. – no matter how uncomfortable it may be.
Until next time be the light the world needs and stay in love for all.
