This video is about the importance of using your imagination to find calming peaceful images during times of stress. I have given various things to use your imagination for such as meeting your emotions, your Higher Self, and your inner orphans. However just as important is to also have in your toolbox calming meditations you can call up when you need them.
I share how when I was overwhelmed I would step into a waterfall and allow it to wash over me. And how it often would also include colors within the waterfall which I allowed dot wash over me as well. I sometimes would lie down in a stream and allow the water to wash away my fears and doubts and again colors would often appear as well.
When I felt all alone and put upon I would envision a large hand reach down and gently cupping me as I crawl into it usually crying. If I needed a mother’s image I again would see a large mother – and I do mean large – and as I laid into the lap of this large mother I would see her stroking my hair or my back. I saw who I needed to see in my calming meditations to remember I was not alone in my fear.
These are just some of the images I have used in the past. Did I have to do it daily during the tough times? -YES! Did I have to find new images that would calm down? -YES! But I learned long ago that we have an imagination not to create worries but to use how and when we need it to grow and evolve on our sense of self-love. Calming meditations is one of the best talents you can use your imaginait0n for and it will remind you that you do have everything you need already inside of you.

Until next time, be the light the world needs and have a love for all.
