This week’s inspiration is cheerleader. Now, what do I mean by cheerleader? A few weeks ago, I talked about turning down those negative voices and listening to the positive voice. Let’s say you have a Negative voice that constantly criticizes everything you’re doing. So, you want to turn up the volume on the positive voice that is a cheerleader for you. That cheers you on. Cheers you forward. Cheers everything you’re doing; that’s the difference.
You have the negative voice that puts everything you’re doing down, and you have the positive voice that’s a cheerleader. You get to choose which one you listen to. I turned down my negative voice, and I listened to my cheerleader constantly. It says you can do this. You’re doing better than you thought. You’re magnificent. Keep moving forward; you’re doing great. Those are the messages I want my head to tell me, not that I’m lousy. I’m doing horrible work, and I’ll never be successful.
So turn down the volume on your negative voices. Choose one, such as your critical voice that criticizes you constantly, and make the other voice the opposite -the cheerleader. And begin to cheer yourself forward; it’ll make a huge difference. That’s why this week’s inspiration is: become your own cheerleader. It will change your life immensely. It’s all about self-love, people.
