Do You Appreciate You? When you are working on returning to self-love you are going to have to learn self-appreciation. Self-Appreciation allows you to celebrate who you are in this world. Instead of being trapped in judgment and criticism, you begin to appreciate yourself just the way you are.
I did not always appreciate being me. I criticized and judge everything I did. And because I did this I judged and criticized others as well. However, when I focused my attention on expanding my self-appreciation, my appreciation for others grow equally. This really amazed me.
Do you enjoy your sense of humor? What about how generous you are to others? Do you rejoice in your perfect imperfections?
It is time we see ourselves the way the universe does – that we are good enough just the way we are. Do you appreciate you? If not, it is time to expand your sense of self-appreciation. You need it and frankly, the world does too. Because when you appreciate yourself, you automatically have more appreciation for others.
