When working on returning to self-love, you’re going to be expanding your sense of empathy. Now, empathy is something that we desperately need on this planet, and I believe it is actually growing. Expand your sense of empathy when you catch yourself judging or being critical of another person. I want you to step into their shoes – that old saying, walk in their shoes – will show you what they’re going through and allow you to have compassion for what they’re experiencing. If we all expanded our sense of empathy, this world would be a much more loving place. A place where proud to be part of. Expand your sense of empathy. Walk in someone else’s shoes each and every day. It’s all about self-love, people.
Note: Having compassion does not mean you walk around feeling bad because you feel what someone is feeling. It means you understand what they are feeling and offer love to them either personally or energetically. When we know what someone is feeling, we are open to our heart’s power of love. Expand your sense of empathy.
