When working on returning to self-love, there will come a point when you have to heal your emotional triggers. Now, we all get triggered in the outside world. Someone pushes your emotional button, someone says the wrong thing, or someone really bugs you. Well, there will come a point where you have to own that this is your emotional homework, not the person who’s triggering you. So, heal your emotional triggers.
That’s the only reason you’re responding to the trigger. It is that you have something inside of you that needs to be looked at. It needs to be understood, and compassion and healing are needed. And until you do that, you’re going to continuously blame other people for what you’re feeling. You’re going to have to own your emotional triggers, and once you do, then you can own that you can heal these emotional triggers and finally be free. It’s all about self-love people.
Note: Triggers are simply messages that you are out of balance; otherwise, you would not be triggered.
