When working on returning to self-love, you have to use your inner tool of imagination. Now, we all have an imagination. As adults, we tend to use it to think of the worst-case scenarios. What’s the worst-case thing that can happen in my life, and then you worry about it?
Now, when we were children, we used our imagination to “play like.” To play like – what if this happened- to daydream for hours looking out the window. We used out inner tool of imagination.
Well now you’re going to use your imagination to go inward to meet the various parts of yourselves that have been longing to be heard, to be listened to, and to be loved back to wholeness. Your imagination is key when you combine it with meditation. And then you can use your imagination – once you’ve healed what needs healing- You can use your imagination to create what you want to experience in your life. Imagination is vital in creating a new life and in healing the past. Use your inner tool of imagination. It’s all about self-love, people.
