When working on returning to self-love, and especially during this period of crisis, it’s important to add gratitude to the list of things that you do each and every day. Now we know that gratitude lifts your vibration, gives you more hope, and gives you an uplifting outlook on life. Now, when you do it the first thing in the morning and the last thing in the evening, It sets the tone. It sets the mood.
So, I want you to pick three things that you’re grateful for in the outside world, such as there’s food on the table. And I want you to pick three things you’re grateful about yourself. Perhaps you were patient while waiting in line to check out. Pick three things in the outside world and three things you’re grateful for about being you. It will lift your mood and hopefully release some of that anxiety that we’re all feeling. It’s all about self-love, people.
