When working on returning to self-love, you are going to have to learn to be kind to yourself. You are going to be healing wounds and changing negative beliefs. And along the way, you are going to make mistakes. When changing a negative belief, it is going to take time to lock in this new belief and have your behavior follow that new belief. So, you are going to have to practice kindness with yourself. You are going to have to forgive yourself if you blow up at somebody when you have been working on changing a negative belief – let’s say- around anger. In other words. learn to be kind to yourself.
You are going to have to learn to be kind to yourself as you are working on healing your wounds and your nerves are a bit raw. Self-love means looking within and changing what you don’t like. So you will need to learn to be kind to yourself as you are making those changes. Because I guarantee you, once you do make those changes within, that kindness is something you want to take with you for the rest of your life. It is all about self-love, people.
