When working on returning to self-love, you’re going to have to look at your fears – all of your fears. Now, a lot of people like to run from their fears. Well, if I don’t look at my fear, it won’t grab me. It won’t take me down. But that’s just not true. Just because you ignore your fear consciously does not mean it’s not impacting you subconsciously.
You’re going to have to look at your fears, especially during this critical time out in the world. When you have a fear – look at your fear and then choose to rise through your fear back into love. You don’t rise above your fear. You move through your fear and then rise back into love. Because when you move through your fear, you realize it’s strictly an energy coming from you. And it is no more true than any other emotion. You will have to look at your fear and choose love as you move through your fear. It’s all about self-love, people
