When working on returning to self-love, you’ll have to look at your inner orphans. Inner orphans are those parts of yourself that you disowned, shunned, or simply tucked away to keep safe from harm. We look at our orphans so that we can add more love to our lives.
We look at our orphans because behind our orphans come our negative beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. We look at our orphans because behind their pain lies great gifts such as your dreamer – your hopeful one – your encourager. We look at our orphans so that we can bring them back and make them whole again. We look at our orphans because we must look at all parts of ourselves in order to return to self-love. It’s time to look at your inner orphans. It’s all about self-love people.
Note: Working with your inner orphans is how you learn to love yourself with compassion and forgiveness. It will also show you that you have more love inside of you ready to be shared with yourself.
