This week’s inspiration is playtime. What it says in the dictionary is, basically, playtime is for children to have fun and enjoyment. Now the side benefits is that it expands their creativity by using their imagination and their physicality, and gives them emotional strength. I think we all need playtime, especially adults.
We all need to do things that give us enjoyment for the full pleasure of enjoyment, and for no other reason – not for money, not for success, not for fame, just to enjoy ourselves. Do playtime this week and see how it shifts your life. It could only be for 30 minutes, but do it and do it for the sheer enjoyment of it. It’s all about self-love, people.

Until next time, be the light the world needs and have love for all.
