The path back to self-love must be taken alone.

Only you know where you lost your way in the darkness.

Only you know where the bumps in the road changed your direction.

Only you know where fear became your compass.

Only you know where you decided you were not equipped for the journey.

Only you know where you lost you!

So be brave and return to that place on the road where all was lost and trust that you will find your way this time.

For it is only you that can find your way back to the light.

And it is only you that can reclaim the self you left behind.
