MY RESONANCE WAS GOING DOWNWARD

I had promised my mother I would care for the three ex-feral kitties after she passed. I am now down to just one of them who just turned 17 years old – However, I am also down on my cash flow. As I was starting to feel like I may lose it because of what my yardman had just done, I went inside and did a deep emotional clearing. I had not cried like that in a long time. Clearly, it was long overdue. I definitely needed a resonance reset.

REMEMBERING THE RESONANCE TECHNIQUE

I spoke with Ophelia that night. She reminded me of the technique of finding the positive in all situations. She asked me what I found when I was clearing. I told her I found I really disliked my new job and that I was mad that I couldn’t seem to make enough money through my creativity. She asked me how I was trying to make money creatively. I told her I had stopped trying once I got this job. She gently laughed and said there is your positive outcome to your meltdown. It reawakened your desire to earn from your creativity. It reawakened your dreamer. My resonance was yelling at me.

RESONANCE TECHNIQUE TO LIFT YOU

Step one – Define the situation with a few words – I used my job – the job said they would be listening to our calls and deducting money if they thought we weren’t doing a good enough job. So I said – spying and taking money away.
Step two – Define through your emotions the situation – I used Fear, resentment, and outrage.
Step three – Find a positive reason for this happening – I said it made me want my dreams so I could get out of this job.
Step four – Create an affirmation ( I am thrilled and excited to celebrate my new position that highlights my creativity.

SELF-LOVE MATTERS BUT SO DOES YOUR RESONANCE.

Self-love heals so much of our past pains and can keep us on the right track, but we all need to be reminded of things we know but forget the minute life becomes stressful or overwhelming. So your spiritual homework for this week is to give yourself a Resonance Reset whenever you need it. For example, whenever you feel like you will explode or feel bombarded by negative emotions. Or something happens out of the blue, throwing you off track. Use this resonance reset to find your footing again.
