Spiritual CommonSense Radio Show – You can listen to it here if you missed my radio show. I speak with the Author Jean Keegan Daly. We talk about her life and her new book, Reflections Of A Seasoned Soul. She shares stories of using her healing hands on patients she nursed in hospitals and hospice patients. How she has seen those who have passed revisit her, especially when she needs to hear what they have to share. Her dad was initially opposed to any idea of healing energy work, but when she did a test for him on his arm and healed his arm -all opposition left. In fact, he begins to brag about her to his friends.
I also share a period from our childhood in “This Inspires Me” – Playtime. I insist that as adults, we too need to have playtime but why the lack of self-love keeps us from doing this. It is a good one and hopefully will inspire you to add more playtime to your life.
. I ask you to learn to embrace your emotions. Too many of us walk around reacting in the present with a reaction charged in the past. That is what happens when we carry old emotional baggage around with us.
I highlight how to go into meditation to see your emotional body lying on a slab. I ask you to place your hands in different places on the body to see what you feel. I may only do this one or two times, but it will be enough to let you know you are carrying old emotions forward into your life. I stress how you can see your emotions in different ways allowing them to reveal themselves appropriately.
I hope you enjoy my Spiritual CommonSense #8 Radio Show .
