We all have a spiritual toolbox that we can use. The toolbox contains all the things we need to expand our sense of self-love. I have added many items to my toolbox over the last 30 years and hopefully taught you a few of them – Beginning with my book’s top three tools we all possess – Our Imagination, Our Emoti0ns, and Our Higher Self.
The imagination to use in mediation. Our emotions we use to understand what we feel and why and discover our negative beliefs that we want to change to more positive beliefs. And lastly, our Higher Self “who has never forgotten that it is one with the divine and carries within all the knowledge and power of that love.” All of these belong in your spiritual toolbox.
I have discussed looking for the positive even in the darkest of times. Suggested starting your day with one minute of loving talk -the “I am’s.” I am talented. I am powerful. I have told you to end your day with self-gratitude. Reminding yourself why y0u are glad you are you. Maybe you gave money to someone on the street. I am grateful that I am generous. I told you to add affirmations to lock into your heart and mind new positive beliefs and to keep your focus on what you want to experience. To discover what your emotions look like in mediati0n, so you know what they are trying to tell you. All of these tools are now in our spiritual toolbox.
There are more tools just waiting to be discovered and added to your spiritual toolbox. However, the ones you already have, use them often because only by using them, we become adept at our inner work and know which ones y0u need and when. Your spiritual toolbox is something that you will carry forward in every life. So fill your’s up fully, knowing you will never lose what is inside. Your spiritual toolbox is yours for every life you live.
