Start at the beginning. A video starts at the beginning by stressing the importance of creating a safe, loving inner space. I go over what safety may look like too many. Then I add the word, loving to the meditation exercise. You need to add loving images that evoke a feeling of loving to the safe space. The point is to begin to look and feel what love feels like to you – not from other people but from within yourself. This is a space you will return to many times to meet your Higher Self, Guides, Inner Orphans, to vent your emotions with harm to none, to understand your beliefs, and so much more. It is all about love.
