Stop being serious. When working on returning to self-love, there is going to come to a point when you stop taking life so seriously. When you have looked back at your wounds and healed them. When you have forgiven those, who have harmed you. When you looked back at your negative beliefs and carried them for so long and changed them. There is a new sense of freedom that comes over you.
Stop being serious because you know you can handle anything that life throws at you. And with that new feeling that you can handle anything that life throws at you, you don’t take life so seriously. You laugh at the foibles, the mistakes – the “brew haha’s” that show up in your life. Because you know you can handle anything. And you know you can transform anything with the power of your love. Stop being serious. Working on self-love makes you take life much less seriously and actually enjoy it knowing it is a ride that you have chosen to take. It is all about self-love, people.
