On the road to SELF-LOVE, you will rediscover many gifts that you may have forgotten you possessed.
One of these gifts is the ability to play and laugh. A sacred energy much needed at this time in our world. Nothing can lift a mood or bring people together quicker than playing and laughing together.
When is the last time you looked at play and laughter as sacred and included it as part of your daily practice of growth and awareness?
Joy, creativity, living in the moment, and trust are energies we can all agree are essential to living a conscious life and also just happen to be the very energies present when we are playing and laughing.
Next time you have the opportunity to play (and it should be daily), just observe your ability, or inability, to lose yourself in the energy.
If you have trouble playing, investigate why that is so. What fear or belief keeps you from participating in this delightful energy? Who taught you that play is useless? Why do you believe that play time is only for the very young? What is separating you from your divine gift of play?
Everyone is giving lip service to living their authentic self these days. Do you know that play or laughter is the quickest way to get a glimpse of your authentic self? Masks and defenses tend to come down when we are playing or laughing.
Life is hard enough.
Don’t make it harder by forgetting to use all the gifts you possess.
Make play and laughter and important part of your daily practice.
It will make life much more of a fun ride transforming you along the way!
Until next time, be the light the world needs and stay in love for all.
