When working on returning to self-love, you are going to begin to use your imagination in a new way. Especially during this tough time, I want you to begin to use your imagination to dream what you want to experience. Now we all are carrying around extra levels of stress and anxiety – being uptight. Take one minute a day and imagine what you want to happen in the near future – with no limits – no rules. Just what do you want to happen? This will begin to work your imagination muscle and get it growing again. So, you can begin to daydream about your new life. You can begin to daydream about what you want to happen in the near future. And it will also begin to lessen some of the anxiety you may be feeling. Use your imagination to create what you want and less about creating more anxiety or fear. Imagination is key to creating a better life. It is all about self-love, people.
