What beliefs need changing? When working on returning to self-love, you, of course, have to get to know yourself. And one of the easiest ways of getting to know yourself is to ask yourself the question, why do I believe what I believe? Did my parents teach me that? Did my teachers teach me that? My friends did they teach me that? When you look at what you believe and who told you that you get to decide, does this belief work for me anymore? Perhaps some beliefs we keep – some beliefs we outgrow – and some beliefs are detrimental to our sense of self-love.
So, you need to ask yourself why you believe what I believe and if this belief in your favor. Because if it’s not in your favor, you might want to change that belief to a more positive, loving belief. Beliefs are simply statements that we’ve taken as true. Maybe it’s time to look at some of your beliefs and decide I need to change those to open my world up to a more loving, expanded world. It’s all about self-love, people.
