When you’re working on returning to self-love, you’re going to have to build up your sense of self-trust as well. Now in the past, you may have made decisions that harmed you. Perhaps you may made mistakes that harmed you. But all those decisions and mistakes were based on the fact that you didn’t love yourself. You believe you were unlovable. You believe your loving was not good enough. And you believe you don’t matter and that you don’t have value.
Now that you’re building your sense of self-love and believing that you are worthy of love. You are starting to understand that your loving is good enough. and finally, you believe you matter and are valued – you can now begin to build your sense of self-trust. Trusting that you can make decisions moment by moment. And if something does go wrong, you can trust yourself that you can handle whatever needs to be done to make it right. It is time you must build your self-trust. It’s all about self-love people.
Note: It takes time to trust yourself again. You need to celebrate the small steps you take in building your self-trust and be kind when you slip backward. As long as you feel loveable, loving, and loved, you will build self-trust once again.
