Do You Respect You? Many people complain that other people do not respect them. I ask do you have self-respect, or are you looking for it from others? Unfortunately, many are looking for it from others. Everything starts with the self -self-love, including self-compassion, self-gratitude, and, yes, self-respect. Do you honor your feelings? What about your boundaries? Do you listen to what your mind is saying to you or your heart? I had a friend who proved my point……
You are worthy of love. You are lovable in the universe’s eyes. Not because you have earned it. Not because you have proved you are worthy of it. You are worthy of love because you exist – plain and simple. There is nothing you can do or say to change this universal truth. I ask you to go into meditation and see what you feel about being worthy. Can you believe this? Or do negative beliefs pop up stopping you?…..
Stop Believing People’s Words. The only reason you let other people’s words into your heart is that there is part of you that believes it is true. You may fight their words, to begin with, but when you hear to over and over – it gets into your heart. I heard the same thing over and over, and yes, I fought it. But pieces of their words locked into my heart. Why did I let that happen? I let it…..
How to Work With Your Emotions – A video that highlights using your imagination to visualize your emotions. Rather than just shoving down your emotions or vomiting them out onto people around you, using your imagination to see your emotions. I share how I used to see my emotions. So I could understand the feelings around them. Then I can begin to dialogue with my emotions. For example, I used to see my sad feelings as a girl dancing within…..

To learn to be in love with oneself, to be delighted by oneself, and to enjoy being who you are. Highlights going into meditation to discover what you believe about self-love. Is it selfish? Does it take you away from loving other people? Is it your right to love yourself? This video asks you to understand…..
Higher Self Ego vs. Higher Self – When you are working on self-love, you will have to understand the difference between the Ego vs. Higher Self. It will always come to you with love and understanding. Your Higher Self will always have your back even when it highlights areas that you need to work on improving. It never yells or shouts but gently whispers allowing you the decision to follow its remarks or not. It will never blame you or…..
Be Brutally Honest – In order to find self-love, you are going to have to be honest. If it is a belief then understanding why you believe it. Who told you it was true? Is it still working in your favor? If your inner committee is active and making you judge or criticize yourself or judge and criticize another person, you have to be honest. Tell yourself that your inner committee is on overdrive and needs some of your attention…..

Forgive Yourself First – Forgiveness is hard but necessary to find self-love. The way I did, it was by practicing forgiveness on myself first. When I need to forgive myself, I go back when I made a mistake or so-called bad behavior and walk in my shoes. When I walk in my shoes and remember what I felt in that moment, I can see how I lacked self-love in those moments. Then I begin to feel compassion for myself, and when…..
